Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS:

Your order will be broken into two payments.
1. At the time of order you will pay 50% of the total cost.
2. The final payment will be invoiced just prior to shipping and will include the remaining portion.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS:

All orders are processed using PayPal.

CANCELLATIONS:

No fees are incurred if you modify or cancel your order within 72 hours.
  • Standard orders – If you cancel after this time period, a refund can be processed, minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 15% of the deposit.
  • Custom orders – If you cancel a custom order after the 72 hour time period, the up front payments for that custom order are non-refundable.

SIZE EXCHANGES:

We offer size exchange. If upon receiving your robes, you would like garments of a different size, please make sure that your exchange meets the following conditions:
1. Items must be in original condition as shipped.
2. You must include a printed copy of our exchange form indicate your sizing needs and what is being exchanged.
3. You have indicated any custom order options.
Please take note of our terms and conditions for custom cuts and special orders if you decide to vary from our standard sizing options. You will be charged the $100 fee for custom orders.

RETURNS:

Returns will only be accepted and credit given or money refunded if ALL of the following conditions are met:
1. The items you are returning must be standard order items. NOTE: We cannot provide credit or refund on robes that were purchased as custom orders.
2. Items must be in original condition as shipped.
3. Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within seven calendar days of delivery of the item(s).
4. Returned item(s) must be received by us within fourteen days of the date the item was delivered.
5. Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item, and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precaution.
6. An appropriate restocking charge of 15 to 50 percent may be applicable.
